One of the founders of SKY Law Firm, Leo graduated from the Faculty of Law at Universitas Airlangga and holds a Master’s degree in Criminal Law from the same institution, both with cum laude honors. He was recognized as the Outstanding Graduate and Second Best Graduate of his cohort. As part of his commitment to continuously expanding his expertise in order to provide top-tier legal advice, Leo has completed several advanced professional education programs, including PKPA (Special Education for Advocates), Receiver and Administrator, Capital Markets, and Legal Auditor.
Leo is highly skilled in both litigation and non-litigation matters, specializing in criminal law, anti-corruption law, money laundering law, civil law, corporate law, administrative law, family law, legal auditing, and bankruptcy. Since being sworn in as an advocate in January 2018, he has successfully handled a wide array of cases, including corruption, cybercrime (ITE law), money laundering, general criminal offenses, land disputes, inheritance and joint asset conflicts, business disputes at the Indonesian National Arbitration Board (BANI) and district courts, consumer protection cases, PKPU (temporary suspension of payment) petitions, as well as private-sector business transactions and government procurement matters. Marthin Gogo R. Simanjuntak co-founded SKY Law Firm in 2021 after several years of experience at a leading Indonesian boutique law firm. He graduated from the Faculty of Law at Padjadjaran University. Marthin’s areas of expertise include General Corporate Transactions, Capital Markets, Business Competition Law, Commercial and Civil Litigation, Criminal Litigation, Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution, Restructuring and Insolvency, and Constitutional Court Disputes.
